Just want to say thank you for being a prompt and helpful supplier again this year. The supervisors were good again and I especially appreciated it when on collection and being asked to wait while we dealt with the problems we had before being allowed off site, your team obliged without complaining even though I know they had another job to go to.

The rodeo pull was a massive hit with the kids, it was in constant use all day!

Liaison was frequent with quick responses which really helped with the organisation of the whole event on my part. You were really flexible with timings/dates if the weather was going to be bad and that was a real sense of relief as a plan B. Staff on the day were vigilant and maintained safe use of equipment.

The kids thourghly enjoyed your bouncy castle at my daughters party. The size was perfect for the venue and would used again. Drop off and collection services was great also

I dont think you can improve. The system to book the equipment was easy and straight forward online. The very kind delivery men were punctual and polite and phoned me when they had arrived and took the equipment away before i had even had chance to have a quick bounce myself! the Children loved it so much though thank you.

I have used Bristol fun for hire three years in a row and very happy with service. delivery driver was very friendly and humoured my four year old as she tried to fold the castle for him!!!
I rang five days before I needed a castle, unfortunately they were all booked! However I received a phone call 10 minutes later and told they had managed to find me one! Very good customer service once again. Highly recommended.

A big thank you for giving my daughter a fantastic birthday party. It was used non-stop for the two hours and all three children had a wonderful time. I was worried in such a small time frame that delivery may be late and limit use but delivery was early and set up before any of the children had arrived.
