Discounts for multiple bookings
If you book two or more items of equipment from us for the same event at the same time, then we will give you a discount on your whole booking. Please contact us with details of your event to see what we can offer.

Special rates to charitable organisations
We offer special discounted rates to registered charities and non-for-profit organisations. Please contact us for more information.

Attended bookings 
Take the hassle out of your event by using one of our experienced operators to supervise the equipment. All of our friendly staff are fully trained and carry a full first aid kit and accident record books.
Only £12.00 per hour per item of equipment hired (ask us about our discounts for large bookings).

If you require an attended booking, please book online, and either state that you require an attended booking in the "Extra instructions" area when placing your order and we will then contact you with the exact cost, or add the item "Supervision" (see the extras area of our website) to your shopping basket when you order.

Flexible Fund raising Scheme
For fund raising events, we can attend your event and charge children for a set period of use on the castle. At the end of the day we take our costs from the takings (please note that our costs are usually only our staff & fuel costs - NOT the usual hire cost), and pass 40% of the remainder on to the event organisers (which can be anything up to £500 at a well attended event).

For Example:
We bring an assault course and a bouncy castle to your event from 11:00am until 2:00pm (3hrs) along with two members of staff to supervise the equipment. We charge £1.00 per 5 mins for use of each item of equipment (8 sessions per hour allowing for the time needed to change at the end of each session).

Expected Income/hr = £1.00 (per child) x 16 (capacity) x 8 (sessions/hr)  = £128.00/hr

Total Income = £128 (income per hr) x 5hrs (length of event) = £384.00

The usual cost for the equipment and staff would be £310.00 (see below for details):

Assault course = £120.00
Bouncy Castle = £70.00
2 x Staff x 3hrs x £12/hr = £72.00 - This is our direct Costs for the event

So we would take £72.00 from the takings and pass 40% of the remaining £312.00 to the organisers (£124.80).

If you can organise supervision for the equipment yourself, then there will obviously not be any staff charges to pay and you will receive 40% of the takings with no deductions (£153.60).  Please ensure you organise adequate event insurance if you decide to go down this route.

NOTE: Acceptance for the scheme is subject to terms and conditions (available on request). Please be aware that we will not enter into this scheme if your event is not likely to generate enough income to cover our costs (e.g. if the length of your event is too short, or if you cannot reasonably expect the number of children required to attend - in the example above significantly more than 380 children would be needed to attend to earn the figures quoted).
